Sun Shots is a full-service professional photography firm, specializing in fine art family beach portraiture and candid lifestyle sessions. You can find us nestled in the dunes of Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Perdido Key. We have been professionally serving the Gulf Coast area full time since 2001. As proud active members of the Professional Photographers of America and our local Chamber of Commerce, we are always striving to improve our art.

Sun Shots is family owned and operated by Maggie and Ryan Caver. When we step away from the lens you can almost certainly find us at home on a remote beach somewhere with surfboards in hand and our children in tow. We try to live our life as an adventure and each day to the fullest while enjoying the challenges of modern-day parenting. We are also avid gardeners and take great pride raising most of our own food and spending time on our local hobby farm.

We promise to give 110% towards creating photographs for you that are beyond compare, treat you with the kindness that you deserve, and offer customer service that is equally impressive. We are also certified print-masters and experts at working with images before they go to print by color-adjusting, retouching, and making you look like a million bucks!

We offer both traditional sunrise/sunset family beach portrait sessions. Spots are extremely limited. We are strictly by appointment only, so let's schedule your very own traditional beach photo session today!
